A&G Global Investors consolidates a portfolio of land leased to renewable energy projects worth over €35 million

Dehesa Partners, company integrated into A&G Global Investors platform, have successfully completed the purchase of a portfolio of over 1,000 hectares of land allocated to renewable energy generation projects. With this transformational transaction, A&G Global Investors strengthens its leadership in building a pan-European platform aggregating rental streams underlying renewable energy sites.

The deal involves the acquisition of a portfolio of options for over 140 plots of land located across 6 provinces in Spain, which will be formalized during 2025. The total value of the transaction exceeds €35 million.

Growth

The acquisition enables Dehesa Partners to reach over 75 million euros in total investments already committed, across 2,500 hectares and more than 30 renewable energy projects, managed by 15 top-tier operators. The scale achieved with this portfolio will enable Dehesa Partners to continue leading the consolidation of a fragmented, but sizeable market that offers an attractive risk/return investment opportunity.
